According to Mental Health America, 19.86% of adults are experiencing a mental illness. Equivalent to nearly 50 million Americans. 4.91% are experiencing a severe mental illness. Drug overdoses, suicides, domestic violence, workplace violence, and burnout are all going up. Of course, all of this is showing up in the workplace. Whether people are working on company property, or remotely.

We are suffering from a mental health crisis. In this program, Don will go over the broad scope of mental health challenges.
