Supervising Disengaged Employees In 2024 To Boost Productivity & Keep Your Workforce On Track

Webinar Background :

Last year, Gallup concluded that “85% of employees are not actively engaged or (are) actively disengaged at work.” Every year employers invest a lot of time and money in hiring and training employees to boost productivity and still disengaged employees cost the US economy between $450-550 billion. For Employers and HR, re-engaging the disengaged employee is a challenge and by the time you see the problem it may be too late to salvage the employee. This is different from creating an engaged workforce. In most cases, the employees were engaged at the start but somehow they fall off the rails. When it spirals out of control either the employee resigns or they are terminated. In either case nobody wins. Corrective action usually isn’t the answer. It just serves to further alienate the employee.
Leaders with the right long-term engagement strategies win with both engaged and disengaged employees.

In this webinar we will explore the signs of disengaged employees, the potential causes, possible employer responses, case studies/scenarios and a lot more to create a seamless pathway between how HR & employers can get disengaged employees to reengage, what the employer's responsibilities are and how leaders must pro-actively participate to boost morale & productivity overall.
